WELCOME

A new season is upon us, and I hope that you are all feeling fit and well, and looking forward to the coming season.
We have installed new results software, and this week will be the first test week, so please bear with us if there are any problems.
Please look at the calendar for the coming year, making a note of the County events in which you would like to take part.

Kevin Hurcombe finds it helpful if people are able to e mail their results to him, so please do so if you can. We have set up a results card for e mailing on this website which you might find useful.
Summer League
--------------
Congratulations to Gloucester Civil Service who were the winners of this year's Summer League. This year all teams played one another, rather than have the two division with play off mathches, and in general this was well received. All teams had 13 matches to play and the overall result gave perhaps a more true reflection of the best team throughout the season, rather than the best on the finals night. All teams seemed to enjoy the relaxed approach to the matches and the social side afterwards.
